Planet Living Ventures curates luxury, handcrafted, and artisanal home goods. Because many of our furniture pieces, ceramic lamps, and textiles are crafted from natural materials (solid walnut, marble, woven linen, hand-turned brass), subtle variations in texture, grain, and color are inherent hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship.

Prices are displayed in USD (or converted currencies) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any typographical or pricing errors prior to order fulfillment.

When you submit an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your order reference and itemized summary. Receipt of this notification signifies acceptance of your purchase offer.

• Supported Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Stripe payments, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD where regionally applicable).
• Security: Transactions are processed through encrypted, certified gateways. Planet Living Ventures does not hold payment card details.
• Inventory Allocation: Orders are confirmed based on real-time stock levels. If an item becomes unexpectedly unavailable, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund.

Due to the delicate nature of luxury chandeliers, mirrors, and large furniture pieces, items are packaged with reinforced crating and dispatched via vetted specialty couriers.

Estimated shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates. While we strive to meet every delivery timeframe, delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier constraints remain outside our direct control.

Your satisfaction with our artisanal pieces is paramount. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival:

• Transit Damage: If any package arrives visibly damaged, note this with the courier and notify us within 48 hours with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
• Return Window: Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Custom-built or made-to-order items may be subject to restocking conditions.
